hatching mallards

i have three ducklings today. The second ducklings seems more sluggish? I read i should leave the hatched ducklings in incubator for 48 hours before moving them, thoughts??? I dont want to open the incubator as I still have 12 eggs in the bator. Do u leave them all in until they all hatch? I locked down on Sunday. I only see 3 more eggs that have pipped. Im just not sure how long to leave the little ones in there without food and water.

I leave them till they have a little fluff. They wont need food during this time because they have just absorbed the yolk. Dont worry about opening the incubator once to take them out, the eggs will be fine if you do.
