Hatching mama

I have 2 mammas that are Guinea hens and Sunday 6 Guinea hatched!! The main mama is sitting on the remaining 20 eggs that were put under her unbeknownst to me. I am not certain what their hatch date is. However the mama has gotten off the eggs and then goes back on after like 15 minutes periodically through out the day.
Question is how do I know when she is finished with the eggs?
She is cooped with the eggs /chicks snd other mama in a separate section of the pen. Two of the baby Keets were killed by the other Guineas. So we sectioned off the 2 mamas and the four keets remaining.
1 acts as a body guard. . The other is the main egg setter.
How do I know when she is finished with the rest of the eggs?

It would be good to candle the eggs to be certain they are viable and to get rid of the ones that are spoiling.

If the birds are tame, yes. If wild, don't take all the eggs to candle at the same time. Actually, either way, don't remove all the eggs at once.
