I dont know if this is the right section to post this in but I was wondering how many of you have hatched mandarin duck eggs in the incubator. I am ordering a hovabator genesis 1588 and I found a guy about 2 hours away that sells mandarin eggs for 45 dollars a dozen and that is shipping included. So I thought why not try it but I was just wondering if anyone has done it successfully I dont want to kill them.

Here is one of my old threads.

I have spoken to a couple breeders, and was told its better to hatch them in an incubator, as you will be able to closely moniter the humidity, etc. Also, I was told they do better being handturned 3x a day.

Im waiting for my girls to start laying.
