Hatching on day 23?

I know very late but in my first hatch (and only so far,)a little chick named Music hatched very late.Day 23.What might have caused this?

I know if the temp is too high it will sometimes cause chicks to hatch early, so I would say if the temps were a little low they would tend to hatch a day or two late.

That would be my guess.
