Is it safe to let banty hens hatch out their chicks in a coop with full size hens and roos? I'm concerned that the big girls and roos might kill the chicks. They are all free to enter and leave the coop night and day.

I'm not sure, I do not have any of my Bantams in with my large fowl. Maybe someone else can help out on this question.

My banty Sebrights beat up the standard hens when they hatched out their little ones but they had trouble keeping other hens from laying in their nests while they were broody with their eggs. One little hen actually had one Buff Orp crawl in and laid on top of her!.
I did have one large hen with chicks of her own attack the chicks of another hen when she started acting defensive. Never had trouble with the roosters. Some of the larger hens would peck or chase the chicks if they wandered away from mommy/.
It's best to give plenty of room and things or places little chicks can run for cover when growing up with the big kids.
