Trio of hens are hatching out chicks!

I walked into the coop this morning to find one of my 3 broody hens on the floor with a fluffy chick under her. 3 separate hens have taken turns sitting on these eggs, should I remove them and the hatched chicks or let them be? I have 4 hens and one amazing rooster.

I would separate mama and eggs and chick from the rooster and put them in a dog cage where they can be seen but no physical contact.
