i have a broody hen and she’s been sitting on some eggs for 21 Day well now it’s 22 and there’s nothing happening, help

Welcome, not every eggs hatches on "Day 21" there are a lot of different reasons that they might not, mine hatched over a 3 day period starting at day 20. Patience is the biggest thing and I know that is hard.

I would give them 2 more days.
Can you tell us about the batch. Was she separated from the other chickens? Is her location sheltered from the elements? You have a rooster right, and are sure the eggs were fertelized? Are they your eggs or did you get them from somewhere else?
How many eggs does she have to sit on? How old and what breed js your hen.
All this information will give us a better idea of the situation and then we can answer your question better.

Maybe your hen counted the days wrong.

She’s an Orpington and she’s about a year old she is in a separate coop from all the other chickens. I candles them last night and they were moving. She started sitting in June 20 and 21, she’s sitting in 8 eggs and my chickens laid them.
