they should be fine without the turner. I have read in a couple of places that hand turning is better for duck eggs.

Oh ok. Im getting mine of ebay. I hope some hatch. I need two girls for my khaki male, right now he is a bit lonley.

I just seperated my three females (ancona his mate, and a rouen and a call) and one male (a call) from my flock of heavy breed males all rouen except 1 thats the khaki. I was afraid that the boys would beat the girls up way to much. So I separated them. I couldnt separate the call pair because they just got here and the female couldnt be with the big boys they might hurt her.
