Hatching Problem

We got eggs from a chicken farmer a couple of weeks ago and we set the incubator to count down from 19 because that was the average amount of days that all of the eggs had left because we candled them. None of the eggs looked older than 3 days. My incubator now shows 4 days remaining and I have 2 chickens that have hatched and 2 pipping and the egg turner is still in. Do I put the incubator on lockdown now or do I wait?
