Hatching quail eggs

Mine always take 18 days, and they all hatch at the same time. It's like they wait until everyone is ready and then they pop out like popcorn. Pretty cool. My favorite eggs to watch hatch!

I have read that they need to eat much earlier than chickens or ducks when they hatch, how many hours should I wait?

I take mine out as soon as they dry. Then they get the feed. So just a matter of hours.
