Hatching quail with a chicken mama?

What's the consensus on a broody hen hatching quail eggs? I'm reading it's not a good idea to leave them with the chicken mom after hatching, but it's possible... I have a bantam EE who is a very good mama, just hatched and raised up 6 babies from 6 eggs (chickens). I want quail, but no one local has them and I know they don't transport well. My options are buy an incubator or rely on my lil mama (that's actually her name).

I was thinking of going with coturnix. They seem to be the best layers, but I'm open to suggestions from anyone with quail experience.

If you did coturnix,isolated the hen,she’s very docile,and you took the babies away afterwards it might could work.
