Hatching Quail

Hi ,
I have some quail eggs and just got a new incubator that seems to have issues with humidity .I have been reading about dry hatching would like some feed back on that .Also for you who dont do dry hatch what do you keep the temp/humidity at ?

Secondly I currently have 3 female Coturnix and one male which I believe the females should be laying but nothing yet . I am feeding them organic gamebird feed I have oyster shell in a separate dish they have plenty of room I also give them some fodder ,mealworms and fruit .The male is crowing and I pretty sure he was on one of the hens but still no eggs . I do have them indoors and they have at least 14 hours of light and seem pretty healthy and active . they are just slightly over 8 weeks old
