My White Pekin started laying the 10th so far she has 6 eggs burried in the straw each day she goes back and lays another. How long will she do this before she starts to sit on them? How long will it take them to hatch once she does?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you want babies, you'll probably have to incubate them. Pekins are not known for being very broody. But to answer your question, most ducks take 28 days to hatch. I hope she does set them for you!! I would say she would probably have at least 15 before she sets them, if she decides to.
