I have a chick that pipd yesterday. Started to zip but has now put its beak out of the shell and is not moving. Should I try to help it out? Or push the beak back in? I’m not sure what to do

If it’s still alive leave it alone. It’s probably taking a break or sleeping. It will begin again when it’s ready.
