hatching question

my eggs will go itno lock down in a couple days.....up to this point there r dividers that keep them up on end in the incubator....when i go into lock down should i lay the eggs on there sides or leave them as is to hatch?

I am going to take the dividers out, but I think some people leave them in.

I took my deviders out and put the eggs on thier sides
