Hatching Question

Hello! This is my first experience with hatching. I have my incubator ready to go. The temp is consistent. My three females are laying 3-4 eggs a day. I am not sure if I should start putting the eggs in the incubator or wait until I have a good collection to put in at once. If I wait, should I leave them in the nest? I would like to hatch about 7-8 successfully. So, I assumed I would put about 20 inside. Is that reasonable?
