Hatching silkie eggs!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Is there a specialway to hatch silkie eggs because i tried to time and 3 out of 12 eggs hatched then i got 1 egg out of 20 to hatch but he didnt make it because his insides were outside and he lived for 2 months because i had to hand feed and water him! so is there a special way because i want to hatch somewhere around o silke eggs get about half or at least 6 and hopefully get 3 hens so i can keep them

please heeellpppppp i need every droppp i can get!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no special way just put in bator watch humidity and temps i set silkies in 4 bators so i can have a hatch every week

what should be the humidity cause i make it like 60

day 1-17 should be around 35 a little higher is alright day 18 i get mine at 65-75.60 is to high for first 17 days they drowned in that humidity
