hatching turkey and chicken eggs

I just got a Hovabator 1588 with auto turner for turkey eggs. Can I hatch chicken eggs with this turner also? I know I need to place them in incubator a week later than turkey eggs. I am wondering if they will roll around in turner. Also, does anyone know how long eggs are fertile after the rooster is out of the henhouse?

large eggs will be fine. bantum eggs might roll around to much. i have hatched turkey and duck eggs in the regular turner.
