Hatching Turkey Eggs with Chicken Eggs??

Hi everyone,

We are expecting Turkey eggs on Monday and I also have eggs of our own that I can potentially add to the hatch *after a week. Looking for any advice...I've read that the RH needs to be a bit higher for Turkeys at lock down? Is this true? Should I incubate them separately?? We do have a separate pen set up if/when we are successful in this hatch.

Any advise would be helpful

I incubate and lockdown chicken eggs and turkey eggs using the same parameters for both. Because of how easily turkey poults get imprinted, I do not recommend brooding chicks and poults together. It can lead to undesired situations when the turkeys are older and cannot understand that there is a difference between them and the chickens.
