My broody hen has been exposed to Mareks, I’m assuming. She was not vaccinated. She is sitting on eggs. If I order the vaccine and administer at 1 day, will I have any chance of these babies surviving or should I pull the eggs and incubate?

I had two hens waste away to nothing. One showed signs of paralysis on one side of the body. No worms. No respiratory issues. Both stopped laying. There was nothing I could do.

It may be true, I just don't trust suspected diagnosis without lab testing. I am at liberty to suspect diagnosis from her - it doesn't mean it is true. Though the paralysis was a good sign that the vet is correct.
What state are you in?
I wouldn't jump to conclusions. Your broody hen is likely resistant.
