This was a great week to welcome 290 new quail to the farm and 2 new splash silkies. I really love Spring, everybody is doing great. The white silkies are about 1 month old now and beautiful and my A seramas are about the same age and doing great too. Went to MSU a couple weeks ago and got some of the cages they had for sale. They are awesome and now I have the chicken room of my dreams. My mother is coming in in May and we are adding an aviary outside as I want to have pheasants. Not alot just enough to enjoy. Going to put a stream through it and make it as real a habitat as the wild that I can. After a hard day of work I love my birds!
