lol. Rn I have 4 boys and 5 girls of mixed breeds. They turn 8 weeks tomorrow I have no idea where time went

Two more have hatched today! I think we’re waiting on one more, the last time I candled it looked like 9 out of 12 were good but because I wasn’t sure I left the 3 I thought might be quitters.

can I candle the other eggs again or just wait a few days to see what happens.

Also, someone said that hatchery stock females have the pinker bills. Mine came from a breeder (I think their mating pair came from Holderread) which maybe explains why none of them have the pink bills I was expecting.

Yay! If there are no pipped eggs, you can candle. About the bills, I assumed that it just applied to all welsh harlequins but I am not super familiar with that breed.

Super late follow up but all 9 that hatched are girls!

I'm setting 14 new WH eggs today :-D
