Hatching with a silkie

Good evening everyone. I'm wondering if anyone knows just how many fertilized large white grade AA eggs (from Trader Joe's) would be safest to put under our silkie. We are trying this out since she's broody and so desperately wants to be a mom. We want to put only an amount under her that she'all be able to keep warm and up her chances of having some hatch. Right now, we shoved 5 under her and she'd adjust them so we can't see any sticking out the front, but I wonder if some are left out of the rear to get cold. Should we take 2 out, or is 5 okay?

I have had 4 to 5 under a silkie before. If she is super small for a silkie you may have to remove a couple but if she is normal size 5 should be ok of they are not hanging out.
