Hatching with beak sticking out

If it still looks like it's gulping/yawning, then it's still absorbing the remains of the yolk. Sometimes they do go longer than 24 hours. As long as they can breath they are fine. Keep an eye on the membrane. Yellow is OK, brown isn't and you can gently use a q-tip to put some oil on it to keep it hydrated. Coconut is best but I've used olive oil too.

thank you...I did assist just a tad...moistened membrane twice over 4 hrs and then it hatched on its own healthy chick
