hatching with kerosine lantern or stove

Since we do not have contant electricity in my locality, can one use kerosine lantern/stove to generate the needed heat for egg incubation. i am from Africa

I do not know where you would purchase such a thing in Africa, but yes, there are people here in North America who also do not use electricity. Their way of life demands this. This is what they use:
