I have one hen that is particularly broody. She will sit in the nest most of the day. If I let her hatch the eggs will I be able to separate them and put a heat lamp on them? Or would I need to do so?

A broody hen is my favorite incubator model. A broody hens will take care of her chicks 99% of the time, you’ll just have to give her access to chick food and she’ll make sure they eat it. Place fertile eggs under her, shell do the rest.
Thank you! She is a good hen, most of mine are like dogs because I handle them a lot. She just has a good mama hen attitude.
