Hatching

Four of my ducklings have hatched how long do I wait to take them out for them to be fully dried? Also, I have one egg that has the slightest crack in it. Would it be safe to take those for that have already hatched out there’s barely any room left in my incubator, it’s for 12 eggs. I’m worrying about that. I’ve already hatched.

I never hatched ducks before, but quail and chickens I take out as soon as they are dry.
