I am on my first batch had to help 3 of 8 the others still have not peeped .
one I helped does not get up. the other one I only half helped and the third is doing great.
They were all do yesterday. I have 9 more do today. I peeped a hole in to 2 of the 5 remaining they are still alive but have not poked out of the sac.
What to do? I'm giving them some more time. They are brahma/isa browns.
2 were very large can't beleive they even fit in there.
The one that won't stand had it anbilical cord wrapped around its neck and wing. There was some yolk left but I cut it anyways.
Any suggestions for the 5 left I'll give the other ones another 36 hrs.
Had a hard time keeping humidity up through the whole process . very dry here.
next batch I'll try running a humidifier in the same area.
Thanks
