Ok, so everyone here talks about putting their eggs on lockdown at day 18.
My question is What is lockdown? What do you do and not do after day 18?

Ok, so everyone here talks about putting their eggs on lockdown at day 18.
My question is What is lockdown? What do you do and not do after day 18?

Last 4 days is lockdown. Day 18-21. It is called lock down b/c you are supposed to raise your humidity to 65-70 and not open the bator until the chicks hatch.If you do open they could dry and become shrink wrapped by the membrane in the egg before hatch and die.
