Chick hatched on it's own around 9 am, so about 3 hours ago. It can't seem to stand. How do I tell if this is something I can treat or if it needs to be culled? It tries to stand but can't seem to position it's legs correctly. When it lays, the legs are both to the same side. It's ended up on it's back a few times too. It's chick number 5 of 6. We are still waiting for 6 to hatch, but I had to move the older 4 to the brooder to protect this one, since it also had some umbilical cord left attached that was bleeding.

this is how it keeps laying. Like it can't coordinate to stand or can't bare weight on the one leg. I want to help it if I can. Should I take it out of the incubator and try giving it some vitamins?

I don't know. They don't look it, but I haven't picked it up. I still have one pipped egg that hasn't hatched in my incubator so I don't want to leave it open.
I see, it hatched some 3 hours ago right. You can wait a bit, it may be exhausted. Is it alert though?
