Hatchling can't stand???

You want a cup or dish deep enough for the chick to be confined, but be able to stand up in and stretch.
Ugh it jumped out of the ramekin dish 🤦 IMG_20220207_141113779.jpg

Every time you open the bator you're losing heat and humidity. Do you have more hatching in there?
If you do, then leave her to push around on the bator floor for a while and see what happens. She'll sleep a lot, then wake up and scream her head off, then drop back off.

Bottom tray. Yeah there is one pipped egg left. I've been really careful to only partially take the lid off and keep a warm damp paper towel next to the pipped egg. I guess I'll wait and see how it does and after the other egg hatches, take the tray out and put #5 in the mug again.

How long should I leave her in the cup for? She can potentially squeeze out the top and has hung her head over the side. Do I wait for her to be able to climb out?

Sometimes chicks hatch and they can have what's called spraddle leg. The little standard bandaids are a great length to wrap around the chicks legs and come off pretty easy.

I had a baby hatch with spraddle leg and made a splint from a bandaid cut in half long ways.

I did this method and kept the bandaid on for about 36 hours and their legs were working just fine after.

Not my image, but the method i used!

It's not spay leg and only seems to be the one leg. I'm not sure what to do 😞
It's back in the tea cup right now. I made a hobble and a shoe for the left foot out of bandaids but it still can't walk. It's only the left leg/foot. I read instructions on how to check for a slipped tendon but I didn't really understand.

The bandaid and shoe method doesn't work instantly. If it is spraddle leg, they have to build the muscle up in their feet and legs before they can walk. The bandaid forces them to stand correctly and build those muscles up.
