Isa Brown are Red Columbian, & Dominant White.

The Rooster is Black.

Dominant White will turn black white with one, or two copies. But one copy may produce Paints.

Dad is black. Black will try to cover almost any color/pattern.
Mom has a dominate white gene. Hence the white in the tail feathers.
She passed on the DW gene which will cover black. Usually with one copy over black you'll get some black specks showing.
