Have a question about multi-egg color.

I have gotten about 5 eggs in the last few days. My question is 2 of the eggs were multi color. Dark tan on one side and much lighter on the other, any problem with that? Also, they had also gotten to one of the eggs and ate the inside, what can I do to prevent that?
