Have A question about my Genesis

Okay...I just got a hovabator genesis and I haven't hatched yet. The manual said to keep it at the set temperature for the first few hatches then adjust if needed. My question is the manual said the thermostat is already set on at the 3rd switch (if you have have a genesis you should know what I mean), well I checked mine and the 3rd switch is just like all the other ones and it looks like the 4th one is switched. Is this a problem...will this make it hotter or colder than it needs to be?

I just got a Genesis myself. I didn't pay attention to what the instructions said as to what switch should be set, but I do know that on mine the fourth switch is set and it has kept a constant temperature of 99.5.
