OMG!!!! How cute!!! We have 5 pips and lots of chirping, but nothing else yet

LAG...in pic #2 on page 3 you have a itty bitty egg in the carton. Whats the baby in there?

once it zipped off the top part i picked it up and moved it cuz i didn't want to break it so soon for the pic. then it sat in the bottom shell for 2 secs and kicking with it's back legs, it exploded out of the shell and carton.

But was that itty bitty egg next to the newly hatched chick another chicken egg or was it maybe a quail egg?​
