I have this RIR pullet named Superchick.

I named her that because even though she was abnormally small and slow to mature, she was very healthy and would do whatever she needed to do to get to the food - and get more of it than everyone else.

I expected her to be a little late laying eggs.

Her brother, Goose, was also slow to mature. Now at 35 weeks, they are both looking beautiful, like they have finally caught up.

But i still don't know if she's laying eggs.

She should eventually lay eggs, right?

How long should i wait?

I've had a few pullets never lay eggs...darn things turned into roosters.

I have a breeder pullet I REALLY want to start laying, but she is taking her very time.
