turned off your phone because someone told you on a chat site online they would call you later and you did not want to talk to them.....
I did.... I have a friend, she is sweet but I can only handle her in small doses and she tends to call and just ramble using up my cell phone minutes (since we only have cells) She caught me on FaceBook and said, I'll Call You later, I immediately went and turned off my phone.

Is that Wrong?

Not really, as long as you are kind. If she asks about it, just be honest and tell her you have limited cell phone minutes.

I would've let it ring, let her go into voicemail, and not worry about it.

I'm a firm believer voicemail is for people I don't need to talk to at that second, about 1/2 my calls go in there.

not wrong at all.. it will go to leave a message and you can call her later.... if you want ,or just let it ring and see who the number is that is calling. you don't have to answer it you know lol

I knew it wasn't really wrong and a lot of time if I don't happen to see who it is and answer it, I pull the "oh my phone is beeping batteries dieing" or "Hang on, That's my mom calling, gotta go" She just talks and talks about nothing........ She also goes on about how she wouldn't do this with one of my horses or that with another horse. I have owned horses since as long as this girl has been alive (no I am not that old, just started at a young age) The other day, I was excited about finding just the right stallion to breed my older broodmare too. She said "OMG, I can't believe you are breeding her again, she looked the Heck last year after foaling" This mare lives to have babies, she loves it and she has always given 200% to her foals and has always been thin by the time they are weaned. This will be this mares last baby (she is 20) and I found the perfect stallion that I can afford.
I found out today she told another friend that another of our mares needed to be put down cause she was crippled and had a sway back (the mare is at the other friends house) That mare is only 16 is not crippled and yes she is more sway back, most broodmares get that way from having babies.....DUH!
