Haven't molted

I have Golden Comet hens which one is 2 1/2 years and and 15 are 1 1/2 years old. None have ever molted. Should I be worried?

I don't think I'd worry. Some of my hens molt really hard and look pathetic. Some don't appear to molt at all, but I think it's just a gentle molt that I don't really notice. Maybe that's what's happening with yours?

Some birds molt so slowly and gracefully that it hardly seems to affect them at all.

My sexlink lightly molts she didnt look different at all feather look darker is all i think its a sexlink thing lol

My 4 hens are about 1.5 yrs and only one has molted, my buff Orpington and she just did it a month or 2 ago! The others? They drop a feather or 2 now and again. Weird, no?
