I am having the same problem. It been over a week and I still can not load the photos.

I have used firefox, and google chrom.

I do everything as normal......selecting files etc. but then the bar only loads up about 1 per cent, then that bit vanishes and nothing happens.

I have tried many photos, even old ones I have loaded up before, they all do the same.

It very frustrating....!!!!!

Having the same issue here. I get as far as when it says one moment and then it does nothing but freeze. No matter how much I click the cancel button nothing. If I go to my profile and upload it to one of my albums and then try to post it by going to my recent uploads then it will go on. It won't work if it goes past the first few ( when you have to click the more button. Those for some reason won't work) .

I select to upload a picture. In both any thread and PM's I select from my computer the image. then select the size and click on upload. Usually the grey bar scrolls twice. Only the first time it starts then runs backwards. The second time takes a while and stops at full bar. Nothing happens you can click the cancel button but it won't cancel, and if you click the submit button again nothing happens. It just holds the age and you have to shut the browser for that page.

I changed nothing.

No I don't know where to find plugins.. I have no add-ons

I tried Firefox, but it did not download correctly, there was a bad plug in so nothing worked much. I de-installed it and my computer sped back up. I am not a fan of google. IE always worked before just fine.

Yes I have deleted all history twice, scanned my computer, and made sure everything was up to date.

I can upload pics on FB as before.

The first part she described is totally my issue, too!

When I click "submit photo", the grey bar goes backwards and then scrolls forwards and then it freezes up and the picture never uploads.

No error messages for me, either.

I haven't changed anything...

This problem, for me, occurred roughly about, meh, more like 48 hours after the update.

Same with Chic, I don't have any plug-ins...

I am using Internet Explorer (just Internet Explorer). It's all that will work on my computer.

What I do is go back, you know the arrow to go back a page. Anyways then I try again normally it works. Just sggesting it.

• What were the exact steps you took before having the problem? Please be as specific as possible so we can reproduce exactly what you did. Go step by step, provide links, details, clicks, etc.

• I haven't changed anything except maybe normal updates but i don't remember last time i've done any flash updates or java updates. I use no addons. Google chrome works but i don't like using google for my browser.

• How long has the problem been happening? When did it start? If only one time, what day and time did it happen?

• I noticed it about 4 days ago give or take a day. Started one night when i was trying to upload a pic.

• VERY IMPORTANT: Which browser and version are you using (eg., Firefox 3.5.9, Internet Explorer 7, etc.)

• I'm using internet explorer 10.0.6.

• Have you tried disabling all your browser plugins and/or extensions? (Some of these conflict with website features and tools)

• I don't use any plugins or addons or what ever i just use normal internet explorer it dont have any yahoo toolbar or anything like that.

• Have you deleted your internet cache / browser history of files and tried again?

• No. I let norton do my clean ups normaly. I dont like deleteing them because of pass words being saved to sites i dont go to often is a pain to get them all again.

• VERY IMPORTANT: Have you tried a different browser (we suggest Google Chrome or Firefox)?

• Yes. Google Chrome works fine i just dont like it as much as i like my internet explorer.

We need everyone having this problem to reply with the answers to those questions.
