Having a Bit of A Problem, And it Seems I'm Not The Only One...

I started a thread on this on the 6th, many folks are having the same problems and more continue to come forward, it is my understanding they have been working on it, I did get one photo to upload a few days ago but nothing sense.
The back button works good for starting over rather than leaving BC and starting over, took me a few days to figure that out.

I miss posting photos, it is hatching season and only some of us can share are joys via photos and I can't tell a story without them.

But hey the smiles are working

Yes, I am just glad to know that it is not my computer, the thing has enough issues of it's own without the need for more! Lol, and, yeah, the smileys are working!

Go to download photos normally, get the little box, select my picture, click on submit.. black bar sits there, does nothing.

However I actually do get them to load up slowly (I am on Firefox, and satellite connection - always takes awhile anyway - might make a difference). After I click on the submit button, I wait a bit and click on the "wait a minute" button.. it moves.. then click again and it finally downloads.

I don't like or use IE - never have - it slows everything down on my computer to a crawl.

I haven't updated anything on my end -but I did notice that IE just did a major update (I have to use it for another program, yuck).. so maybe IE changed something? I know the IE I have said "load updates automatically" and welcomed me to the new update.. until I changed it so it can't do that any more...

As others have said - if you can load it to your photo album - or maybe to photo bucket or another photo hosting website and link it here? Just a work-around until they get this glitch figured out. Since its mostly IE users it might be IE that "fixed" something and messed it up for BYC.

Do you refresh the page you are trying to load the picture to - or do you refresh the photo loading box?

I'm also having a problem. Unlike others, my gray "bar" doesn't ever make it to the end. I get about 1/4in into filling, then goes backwards, pauses for 10 seconds, and then tells me "an error occurred." It does the same thing in IE and Chrome. I'd get a screen shot, but there's no way for me to post it.
