Having trouble deciding if this egg is fertile or not

Your rooster is doing his job. That is a donut shape, so the egg was fertilized. Were it not fertilized, you'd have a small white dot.

That's how my eggs look when I checked them, I have 3 in the bator now (not the ones I checked of course!) and they are growing strong so I vote that your eggs are fertile!!
