I can, I have kelso too. Your rooster could be a kelso they are supposed to have yellow and sometimes pearl legs. Your other post where people are saying it's a mix they don't know what they're talking about. He could be mix or pure. He looks to me like a radio which is basically a kelso. You can only go by what the breeder says.

My kelso are the cardinal club kelso which have yellow or pearl legs and dark mahogany hackles
