One of my pulleys was attacked by a hawk yesterday.
I wasn’t here but my parents said it was dragging her out of the fence.
I’m here at their house now. She is separated from the flock, is laying down, eyes closed-labored breathing. Sheonly has a few scratches that a closing, not active bleeding.
It seems like her neck is in pain. She won’t lift her head much but dad says it’s more that yesterday.
we are in the San Francisco area, so we’re shut down and on “shelter in place” order so I can’t get her to a vet.
Anything I can give her to help? Baby aspirin I read?
im really hoping she pulls through ☹️

Do you have any pictures of her? Try to get her drinking some fluids, and electrolytes would be good. Mix a small bowl of chicken feed, water, and a few bits of scrambled egg. If you have any vitamin E or chicken vitamins, give some daily, in case of a neck injury. She might still be in shock or very weak. Keep her warm and separated from others. You can give her a 1/4 to 1/2 of a low dose 81 mg aspirin orally. How old is she? She hopefully will make a recovery, but the next few days will tell.

She is 7 weeks now.
She’s drinking from my hand and I crushed some baby aspirin in her water. She wants to lay on her side. Will not sit. Both legs seem fine, I think both wings seem okay- I think it’s her neck. She can hold her head up but turns it back to one side.

Her she is cuddled in my arm

She could have wry neck (torticolis) from her injury. Vitamin E 400 IU daily would be good to use and you can puncture a capsule and feed her it orally.
