Hello everyone, i have two hawks circling about a mile or less, above the chicken run even tho they are covered with netting.
I feel bad bc I can't let the ones in the other chicken coop with no run out bc they have no protection
Not sure what to do in that situation. We had a hawk attach about two years ago and later that day after it ate Mango and left only a pile of feathers and heartbreak it was on the back porch looking for more! Anyways we got netting and got more chickens and moved them out to the bigger coop/shed so I'm not worried unless I let the chickens that r separated at this point out bc of no pertection.
But since I have two roosters I might put in the small coop soon, if I let them out to roam will the hawks eat them!??
There's roosters so I wouldn't think so
