Today a hawk managed to get into my coop. I have no clue how but it wasn't super lethal as we got in fast. One girl passed but the rest were fine. The hawk flew out once the door was opened in the coop. (The coop has a run with a big door and a little chicken door. The coop has a door as well.) I always thought Hawks only attacked in the open but it went through the run and into the coop. There is no way it could have done that with just flying alone. Any thoughts on how to protect the coop more and how it could have gotten in?

Now that this bird has come visiting, it will be back, if not tomorrow, then very soon. Keep everyone locked in for at least ten to fourteen days, until it gives up and move on elsewhere.
It sounds like your run isn't covered; time to do that! @cmom has advice about what netting works best, and it would be the fastest upgrade you could do. An actual roof would be nice, but not as fast or easy to get done.

Hawks, eagles, owls. They fly down and then “hop walk”. I’ve watched a great horned owl stalk a fox squirrel like that.

I agree, lock them up for a couple weeks. I did that after losing a young pullet to what I believe was a hawk or eagle. I haven’t lost any since.
Of course I’m more watchful now too.

I have heavy duty netting covering my pens to protect the birds from aerial predators. Prior I had losses mainly from hawks and owls but have also seen eagles around. This is what I used. It's very strong.
