Hawk tips? Scare crows.... Scare hawks? Anything to keep them away?

Get some asils. They hate hawks.

I have hawks, and have no issue with them, they hunt all around my chicken yard and do not look at the girls. Nor do the girls run and hide. My old crew just vanished a few weeks ago, 7 coopers hawks. The new one is already trained, a shotgun, a few blanks (just make noise toward them), and it is only watching squirrels (and there is plenty of them).
Even the 2 escape artists, 10 WO cockerels, left the yard and were 150 feet out in the pasture when I found them (I told them they should not be there). This new coopers hawk was near by setting near a squirrel nest in the top of a dead tree, and never did I see it look at the two chicks, it did watch me for a minute.
Maybe I am just lucky, but the hawks dont bother me.
