Hawk!!!!

Today i went out to my coops and my Turkeys where acting really strange, all fluffed up and making a strange cluck turning there head sideways and looking up.My chickens were making there alert cluck, when i looked at my bob whites none were visible.I went back to the turkeys and saw a small to medium sized hawk or some kind of bird of prey sitting on the top of one of the post on there run! Just looking at all those juicy birds.
I have wire on top so they were safe.
all 80 quail were hiding in there coop. safe and sound.

What a scary moment! I bet your flock will be leery about coming out of their coop for awhile! Thank goodness they are protected!

6 of my 11 turkeys went close to the hawk(both Gobblers) and Were dancing around all puffed up, like they wanted to look big or the thick feathers were a shield. I don't know turkey behavior that well.
