My baby chicks got attacked by a hawk yesterday he got one I want to free range them but now the others want come out of the coop do I just let them take their time I'm sure they are still scared..

You can be guaranteed the hawk is still in the area. If they come out now, they are very likely to be killed. Personally I would wait until they are larger and the hawk may have moved on.
