HDD incubator help?

I just got a HDD 12 egg incubator and I’m kinda struggling with it. I can’t get the alarms to go past 15C and when I changed to upper temperature limit to 37.5 is shot up to 40c! I can’t find any tutorials and the instructions are confusing and unclear. Any help would be great!
