HDD Incubator Low Temperature

I have a 48 Egg Chinese HDD Incubator
I have used it once with some measure of success but with my second batch (after 5 days) it appears that the interior is not getting anywhere near the temperature it should be I can't seem to make it rise above 29 degrees Centigrade Does anyone have any suggestions as to the likely problem please

You need to replace the heating element... look it up on YouTube and their should be videos on how to fix that kind of incubator. My aunt bought one of those and it heats up to 100 than the next 15 minutes pass and it at 88( even though the bator says 38) and I would consider getting a calibrated thermometer to stick in the incubator
